“Artist / Production House” refers to registered content creators onboarding on the platform.

“Content” includes movies, series, videos, images, and any digital media available on Popil.

“Membership” refers to subscription plans offered by Popil.

3. Eligibility

By using Popil, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parental supervision.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

4. User Account & Registration

  • Users may register using OTP or password-based authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility.
  • Popil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of terms.

5. Artist / Production House Onboarding

  • Artists and production houses must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
  • Submitted applications are subject to admin approval.
  • Popil reserves the right to accept or reject any application without prior notice.
  • Approved creators are responsible for the authenticity and legality of the content they upload.

6. Membership & Payments

  • Popil offers subscription-based memberships and rental-based content access.
  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the platform.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Popil reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time.

7. Content Access & Usage

  • Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display content without permission.
  • Unauthorized sharing, screen recording, or piracy is strictly prohibited.
  • Access to rented or subscribed content is limited to the validity period.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, logos, and materials on Popil are owned by Popil or its licensors.
  • Users and creators may not use platform assets without prior written permission.
  • Artists retain rights to their content but grant Popil a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Popil is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Termination
